  • Thanks!

  • This will help me for the test tommorow T_T

    Thank-you!

  • thumbs up if you realized that this is an interference type engine

  • its simple..

    suck

    squeeze

    bang

    blow

  • @panggilnamaku19x is that your description on how to have sex ? ....Lol.

  • will it work without the spark?

  • @jurciks71 no as the fuel mixture has no way of egniting so im guessing it would just be petrol or diesal that come out you exaust.

  • @jurciks71 I THINK LOL

  • i have 2 questions: where does the fuel come from? and how does this move the car itself?! great video btw, very easy to understand!

  • @iDunnoYuTellMe fuel comes from the injectors . For your 2nd question , if you look down the piston there is a rotation created . That rotation itself turns other axels , therefore moving the car . I am not a mechanic but that what I think :)

  • Excellent demo; produce more like this very helpful. 99.9 out of 100 your scores.

  • suck squeeze bang and blow

  • @NikySportsPromotion I never heard this before, but I like it. (maybe cause it sounds like a typical friday for me back in the day :) )

  • i personally think 2 stroke engines are better

  • a fourstroke dirtbike needs twice the CC's to keep up to a 2 stroke.

250 2 stroke races in the same class as a 450 4 stroke, so yeah twice the power. your ass.

  • @ChrisMX3417 But in the world of cars, a 4 stroke is better for turboing because a 2 stroked engine have its intake and exhaust opened at the same time. Unlike a 4 stroke which has its intake open while its exhaust closed, it gives turbo chargers a chance to compress the air inside the cylinder even further. Therefore, 4 stroke is better. But, I think that a rotary (wankel engine) may have the potential to be superior to both 2 and 4 stroke engine, it doesn't even have cylinders.

  • Thank you for your video.

  • thanks boss...

  • Simple and to the point. Very helpful

  • good sound effects, not

  • suck,squeeze,bang and blow

  • 4 stroke engine is not so gud

  • @virgilwadhwa is that why just about all normal cars use them?

  • really good

  • wtf it ended too quick where the fuk is the rest of it!???????????

  • i have never seen a 2 strok pushmower please show me one

  • @174aross type lawnmower in google. done

  • @174aross Type in, 2 stroke lawn boy.

  • Thanks.

  • regural cars have 4 strokes engines.2 strokes engines are recently used by go-carts and scooters...

  • 2 stroke engines are everywhere. motocross bikes, chainsaws and all kinds of other tools too

  • don't forget mopeds!! ^-^

  • 2 strokes are used for many other things also

  • Comment removed

  • do regular cars have 4 strokes or 2 strokes angine ?

  • regular cars have 4 stroke, most motorcycles have 4 strokes, but some have 2 stroke, also pushmowers, mopeds, chainsaws and most gas powered lawn equipment have 2 stroke

  • actually most push mowers are now 4 stroke

  • awesome video. Found sound effects helpful. 5 spanking stars!

  • thank you so much now i know why its called a "4 atroke"

  • dont build using this diagram though as you can clearly see the rod colliding with the base rod in this it goes threw it like its invisable but in real life it would jam and brake apart shooting the piston out into someones face heh so the rod would need to be fixed on the outer side

  • TammyCore theres no need to be a smart arse this is not a diagram nor is its purpose to help you build and engine this is to help people understand how they work

  • anybody got dvd or infomation about it

  • sir thanks for the video. im from philippines and you know sir how to modified the engine of honda xrm 115cc 4 stroke???

  • you mean diesel....

  • yes sorry i thought was a deisel engine my mistake

  • @ronniemxrickner It is

  • @newcoolvid27 No diesel engines dont use sparkplugs

  • A 4-stroke petrol angine has sparkplugs to ignite the fuel, a 4-stroke diesel uses glowplugs as cold start aids, yes diesel uses compression ignition, the high compression cause immense heat and the fuel combusts, this does not happen in a petrol engine so a sparkplug is required

  • hey if you like this, you might like a revolutionary concept of the IMPLOSION engine converted from a 4 stroke to do it all in 2 strokes running on water/HHO Brown's Gas, which implodes when ignited in a vacuum.

The graphics are not as good as this is (great job btw) but it is meant as a concept, and the drawings were all done by hand in Paintshop Pro, converted to animated Gif's and later made into a video with explanations of the theory. There are 5 cycles in the 2 strokes.

    Get you thinking ;)

  • aah! now i know why is it called 4-stroke...ty anyway...this is a helpful material :P

  • Woah what a vid. I learned something :P

  • thanks for ther vid

  • this is really helpfull for young people startin their career as a mechanic like me i knew how it works before watchin this but it still is very helpfull for starters tanx for puttin it up

  • does somebody think its possible to invent a 3 stroke?

  • no it is not

  • Why not, if you become an engineer you can try this.

  • Renegade19674... An odd number of piston strokes would leave it at the wrong end for the sequence to start again.. so no odd-numbers make sense!

  • nice..

  • well it seems better than the 2 stroke because of the slower movement , lets just hope that the 4 strokes get as powerfull as the 2 strokes someday

  • Oh i knew how a 2 stroke worked but not a 4 stroke till now thanks

  • That's good ETE... it took me a few years of understanding the 4-stroke cycle to grasp the subtleties of the twostroke!

  • so helpful man. i love you!

  • simple but effective

  • not bad

  • wow thats how it works thanx

  • That is really handy thanks.

  • um cool

  • kool thanx i actually learned something
