@TheDeadlyPker You dont have to i dont think, but i did them because they gave defence exp and quest points and you need 176 for Barrows gloves. Once you get about 130 quest points, you'll be stuck for what quests to do, because you've done almost all the ones you're able to do. If you have any other questions just PM me, i'll reply asap.

@MacbookFan10 the answer he gave you doesnt do justice.. zerks quest either 40 42 or 45 def because of the quest rewards, for example quests for turm and barrows gloves get you to 40 def, if you want a hand cannon then you have to take another lot of def xp, puts you at 41 but most train to 42 after that. from there you can decide if zerker helms are worth it

@ILUM69 IMO defence is a bad thing, I have always made new pures to try them out (low def). They always worked but then I always decided to make a new pure because I was bored. I think if you have 99 str 70 atk and 1 def, you will rape some1 with 70def 70atk and around 60 strength.
