@carman88h There's no need to be concerned with realism in this case. It is RFactor after all, and the guys at CSGT did ridiculous amounts of research bringing these cars into the game, basically recreating an entire racing season. So yeah, in order to do that you have to have all the cars.

@JELB7 Yes it is. Highly recommended that you get some sort of driving wheel though. This vid was done when I was still using keyboard to drive. I bought a Fanatec 911 Turbo S wheel with Clubsport pedals, and it works on PC, PS3, and XBox 360.

@k6k6k6Darkie I agree with what you've said, but I think rFactor has better mods than this (FSOne09 for example) :P As for weather... ISI (ironically) did it 7 years ago with F1 Challenge and it wasn't great because it just adds a random variable. GT5 will have no concept of setup, and car handling in relation to optimums... compared to rFactor which has almost perfected it.

@k6k6k6Darkie As a sim you are right, rFactor is right up there. But for a game as a whole... It's lacking in some respects. Though the modding potential makes up for that. If I had a decent PC and a wheel I would have it. I'm not a sim racer, it just so happens that GT is one of my favourite game franchises, and it claims to be a sim. Not all fanboys are idiots, they're ok as long as they back up their arguments/opinions with fact, reasoning and common sense :)
