Why join the Stormcloaks: The Imperials captured you in the beginning of the game to remove your head. The Imperials murdered your Dark Brotherhood family. The High king Torygg was defeated by Ulfric in a fair 1on1 combat, Ulfric didn't murder him it was a battle.

For the Empire and when I did this I called a Dragon then I opened the console and put 10 x more soldiers and put in 10 dragons and it was really hard because then I had the cursed ring of hersine so I transformed and I got screde not to mention there was a giant maybe 6 so it was anoying and I did again because it was fun but this time I made sure I did not transform.

I would of loved it if the civil war mixed in with the main storyline by making it the stormcloaks and the imperial legion line up in that massive grass land near whiterun with all the giants and they have a massive battle then alduin and like 15-20 dragons come in and start attacking then everyone starts attacking them then you nearly defeat alduin like you did at the throat of the world then he pussys out and then the rest is like normal storyline of cause after you send all those imperials to

if i was in charge of the stormcloaks i would negotiate a treaty with the empire to drive out the aldmeri dominion, leave the non-imperialist areas, send expiditions with only the best warriors down the mines to find whatever remains of the dwemer race, for i see no reson as to why they are extinct. they probably just dug down really deep and refused to come out. maybe ally with them to finally topple the dominion once more.

I haven't finished it yet, but he says that they performed some sort of magic that made them disappear. This guy tries to simulate it. He's in college of winterhold. Not sure, but I think his name was Arniel or something.

@GhotiCan Hey, I've fought with both side's and you need to know that the Empire is a puppet of the thalmor for a reason. I really like both sides eaqually. Both sides are wrong, right, and doomed in their own way. But the reason why the the Legion are puppets of the thalor is because the thalmor would have destroyed the Empire right then and there if they didn't sign that peace treaty. And that doesn't make the Legion more right then the stormcloaks though. All of you need to know about both.
