This would've only happened if he were fighting Zilla Jr., not sr. as Jr. is the one with the nuclear breath and is nearly as indestructible as his Japanese counterpart. Despite the fact that I'm a die hard Godzilla fan, I really like Zilla Jr. The design isn't all that bad and Godzilla: The Animated series is a good show.
However, I still don't consider either Zillas to be Godzilla. Different creature.

Godzilla's durability is off the wall, even fantasy weapons like lasers don't even phase Godzilla (watch 1985), and normal conventional weapons are a joke.

CGI can work really well like in Jurassic park,Terminator 2 etc. but stuff like the Star Wars prequels,Transformers 2 are just lifeless and sterile with no emotion.Old effects had to be brought to life by their makers and had a charm to them.

This would've only happened if he were fighting Zilla Jr., not sr. as Jr. is the one with the nuclear breath and is nearly as indestructible as his Japanese counterpart. Despite the fact that I'm a die hard Godzilla fan, I really like Zilla Jr. The design isn't all that bad and Godzilla: The Animated series is a good show.
However, I still don't consider either Zillas to be Godzilla. Different creature.

Godzilla would beat any version of Zilla, from canon feats and facts, Godzilla's beam was powerful enough to vaporize a meteor and take out a miniature black hole. Godzilla's durability is off the wall, even fantasy weapons like lasers don't even phase Godzilla (watch 1985), and normal conventional weapons are a joke.
Godzilla is also human thinking intelligent and fights with a form of boxing, and grappling alike, it's not even fair.

@kyloco the new one is also better in the fact that it does not dance like a gay balerina after defeating king ghidorah with the help of rodan. trust me i have most of the godzilla movies, i like them but seriously, most belong in the comedy section of hollywood video. throughout the movies, as godzilla grew from being an atomic nighmare, to the hero, they became oh so repetitive and, actually quite foolish. the first godzilla was great the story was great!

unfortunately it lacked in the fact that the movie used puppets and suits, they didn't have any more than that. fortunately,there is to be a remake of the original godzilla movie and i can't wait to see it. as for the new one i say it is etter not in stregth, i never did but the fact that it's american creators made it more into an animal than a so called "sentient being" , and it did have a personality, of the animal. a will to survive, breed, feed, protect, and defend. it wasn't just mad.

@kyloco No he doesn't, I will admit that he looks really bad in Godzilla vs King Kong,Ghidrah the three headed monster etc.But his new look in the 90s and 2000s is awesome and better than most of the CGI crap that comes out of Hollywood's ass. CGI can work really well like in Jurassic park,Terminator 2 etc. but stuff like the Star Wars prequels,Transformers 2 are just lifeless and sterile with no emotion.Old effects had to be brought to life by their makers and had a charm to them.
