I need help! I cant get my kids hawk eye to work, this is the second one (I thought the first one was malfunctioning but replacement is the same) I cant get it off the ground, as soon as i power up it shoots to the side and drags along the ground. I mess with the trim turning it in slight increments and it seems to change the flight slightly but never to get it airborne for more than a second or two. holding it up so it floats down leaves it spinning like top as it descends. my kids way bummed.
