"World's biggest pop star"? Geez.. could they exagerate it any more? I suppose that knowing more about someone makes people more able to identify with them. I'm not a huge fan of biographical works - auto or otherwise - but I do have some from, or about, people that I admire: such as David Attenborough, Richard Dawkins, Anthony Hopkins, Albert Einstein, and several others. I don't recall ever caring too much about the life of a musician though.
@mynameisnotmaddie That's a good choice, he's got a good sound. I like stuff that has a message to it like John Lennon's Imagine; I prefer the Beatles slower music like Hey Jude, Let It Be, Strawberry Fields, etc.
@krendoshazin Yeah, meanings are more important that tunes, in my opinion. I like tunes as much as the next guy, but what's even better is a good tune and a meaning, which I think Cat Stevens is pretty good at accomplishing. : )
@krendoshazin I've been thinking about alot of what Albert Einstein came up with, and i beilieve him to be mostly wrong. But of course its the kinda thing you cant prove is right or wrong. I dont like him he never had any Faith in the human race.
you look so much older when you were happy dancing, the glasses, lipstick and shirt/dress?(whichiLOVE) hhaha adorable. awesome song though, what is it?
@JellyBeanQueenX Older in a good sort of way? :) My glasses were on and my lipstick was just applied because I had to take a self-portrait photo for class (the glasses were a symbol and the lipstick was to increase contrast in a black and white photo). And it's kind of a tunic thing, and thank you.
The song was Holland, 1945 by Neutral Milk Hotel. It's referenced in Will Grayson, Will Grayson, so know you'll know it when you read it. : )
