  • This seems like a very good home routine because even my chiropractor told to do some of these moves to help my lower back muscle to stretch into an alignment of the spine.

  • @AlienBusDriver i'm really no expert but it sounds like you have well developed quadriceps and underdeveloped hamstrings, which can easily lead to injury.

  • @mr5890859355 yes its possible. i do that 2 in 2 years. I stop for a few months without doing nothing and when i get back it's dificult :)

  • @mr5890859355 it depends. If you stop for a year or two maybe it will, i don't know. The only thing i noticed is that i lost some muscle and plenty of muscle defenition and gained some fat. The major problem is your own way to eat. As soon as you stoped doing exercise you have to eat less and less, and it's very hard to do it.

    Today i did my first set's in 5 months and i am completly sored :)

  • @mr5890859355 I think Dorsal raises are just a lower back exercise but not sure.

  • @undeadcorpse521 Relax your neck while you're doing them - don't "scrunch" it or lift your head with each rep, keep your neck extended (ie. when lying on your front looking directly at the ground; if standing you would be looking directly ahead etc.) and relax the muscles around your neck as much as possible.

  • hey i did this exercise for the first time and it went well but when i went jogging the next day i felt discomfort in my back. is this normal or am i doing something wrong?

  • @fight26club That is perfectly normal, it is called DOMS (DELAYED ONSET MUSCLE SORENESS) and will go away within atleast 3-4 days, this basically means you fatigued the muscle group and it is going to grow back stronger after the rest period :)

    However, if you find that you still have some discomfort after a week, go see a doctor (Unlikely)

  • @fight26club It's probably best if you wait until you aren't sore before the next workout, especially after the first time of performing these exercises.
