@mr5890859355 it depends. If you stop for a year or two maybe it will, i don't know. The only thing i noticed is that i lost some muscle and plenty of muscle defenition and gained some fat. The major problem is your own way to eat. As soon as you stoped doing exercise you have to eat less and less, and it's very hard to do it.
Today i did my first set's in 5 months and i am completly sored :)

@undeadcorpse521 Relax your neck while you're doing them - don't "scrunch" it or lift your head with each rep, keep your neck extended (ie. when lying on your front looking directly at the ground; if standing you would be looking directly ahead etc.) and relax the muscles around your neck as much as possible.

@fight26club That is perfectly normal, it is called DOMS (DELAYED ONSET MUSCLE SORENESS) and will go away within atleast 3-4 days, this basically means you fatigued the muscle group and it is going to grow back stronger after the rest period :)
However, if you find that you still have some discomfort after a week, go see a doctor (Unlikely)
@fight26club It's probably best if you wait until you aren't sore before the next workout, especially after the first time of performing these exercises.
Good video, Dan! Like you said, people tend to forget to workout the lower back! It is very important to workout that part, so this video is a very fine example of different variations to train your lower back.
