Its not that difficult (just very time consuming). Its done with the masking tool in Adobe After Effects. I have a similar video on YouTube in which the twins are able to walk around each other and talk. The key to success is in blocking and timing.
its prolly a green screen cut out of the shape of his body so when he walks behind it, the greens screen remains in front of him, i dunno i'm not too sure about green screen stuff
