I'm sorry. I find nothing admirable or praiseworthy about this man. I find him grasping, crude and a bully and this percolates down to the levels of service. Communication and customer relations are poor, and with all the hidden costs Ryanair has up its sleeve the unwary passenger can be taken for a ride in more ways than just one.

i think you are mixing up arrogance with persistance. he gives very good reasons for his opinions so he is perfectly entitled to be insistent. theres nothing arrogant about that.
