It's a contagion movie. The infected have traits in common with zombies.

But I think George A. Romero is the best.

Zombies are known for their slow walking with their arms extended, whereas infected are known for quickly running and infecting people with simple bites. I enjoy Infected because of their fast pace and ability to infect quickly. Whereas a Zombie is slow and has to kill their subject before they are converted.

The people in this movie are invected with a rage virus, but are still limited to the constraints of being human (ie. they starved to death, or thirst i would think should come first)
