On the dell website the pisture of the laptop looks REALLYYY thick? How was the laptop for you (thickness) because pictures can be deceiving sometimes. Thanks xx

@LarryNikkiiee As seen at the end of the video, it is about as the height of an SD card. At it's thickest point, it is 1.48 inches thick.

Does the backlit keyboard look good? I don't know if the letters shine or they only have a led in the back or whatever! I could not find a GOOD pic of the keyboard online x.x

@maxxts It's totally that's what these video's are here for. I don't have a back-light keyboard on my computer, even though I would have got it, Best Buy did not carry this model with the back-light keyboard. I imagine that it would look pretty good, and if it does not you can always turn it off. I would say if you have the couple extra buck's then, why not get it?

@DaisyTamsin I didn't get mine with a touchscreen. At the time I bought it (late 2009) a touch option was not available. I wish I would have waited.

@cateye27 Don't worry for the touchscreen. For what I read in the site, the touchscreen doesn't let you have a good resolution display or a good GPU (you're bounded to the onboard intel HD u.u) And, by the way, thanks a lot for you reply in my question =P

@dustymew I fixed the blue screen of death by just holding down the power button till it shut off, then I restarted it. It should work if you want to try that on your Dell Studio 15.

What is that blue screen of death? Should i be afraid of it?

Im doing some research because I really want to buy it

@maxxts The blue screen of death is nothing to be afraid of, the only thing that will happen is it will randomly go to a blue screen with error information, it will then restart your computer, and it should be fine from their. The biggest problem with it is that it may not have saved your work, but sometimes it does. The blue screen of death is usually a software issue, like if you have some bad drivers that came with a program, it could blue screen. I highly recommend buying this computer!

@maxxts This VERY rarley happens with Windows 7. Do NOT let this scare you out of it. I HIGHLY recommend it.

@PsychoKycl I know I talk weird when I make video's. I have it all ready, and it's just something about the camera being on that make's it so I am not able to talk. I wish I had that much RAM though. I only have 4 GB's.

@Eohyr Sadly, no. When I bought my computer it was not an option. I bought it in late 2009 the touch option became available in early 2010. I am thinking on either the HP Touch-smart desktop, or the Mac Mini.

@hkseo100 It's great. You really get used to it. Pretty soon you won't even think twice about the weight. I bring mine to school all the time and it is great!
