I had a golden way back in the 80's but didnt know to much about them,called him Jonny Rotten,because he always tried to attack me.Its a lot easier for me to tame lizards now.

How big is the cage u keep him in and if its a temporary cage how big will the next cage you get will be.

It is 4' X 2', I am not sure if he will get a new cage or not as he is owned by my brother.

Around a year and a half and about 2 feet 7 inches.
Originally nervous, then he got to a stage of tolerance where he would hiss but tolerate handling, now he seems to know his owner.
Harder to tame but golden tegu colors are awesome!
