thank you for the great idea of keeping a visible chart for keeping track of the weight lost/gain morning & night. that's an awesome idea and i personally think that it is also a great motivator, to see it in black and white. also you gave me another good idea which is to prepackage the food for the week, i'm not too sure about the raw food vegetable thing, but i will sure try it.
also thank you for the tips about the water, i will go to my nearest walmart to buy does.
Congrats on starting and sticking to your plan and sharing your vidio diary with us. I am about to start HCG diet as well just waiting on my supplies by mail. Once again congratulations.
i am on day 4 myself. I noticed i sleep better. I lost almost 3 lbs my first day post loading which totally shocked me. i do suggest you not workout much since u have few calories to support that much activity. 1 day behind you....hang in there!
Keep it up...it's just going to get better (loads of experience talking here...1 whole day!). Doc says I can expect to lose 40lbs...that would be fine with me. Of course, if I lost 50lbs that would be even better. I could stop and not worry about having to lose that last 10lbs.
A lot of the stuff your clinic is telling you is not in Simeons' protocol, and some stuff people would say is just flat out incorrect, fyi. You really should go read some posts and info from some of the hcg groups online.
Jibbie, thanks for the comment. I do agree that I should probably not weight at night but since I've started, I will continue for the sake of the videos. If it does go up during the evening, I want those watching to know that it's normal.
Great to see you commenting again; I really appreciate it.
I wouldn't weigh in the evening as you will most likely ALWAYS gain by that time of day. The muscles hold water because of movement during the day, and the morning after sleep, you are relaxed. Taking measurements is a good way to see how you are doing, as the scale is not the only indicator. Remember, after the fat is off, you can always work to gain muscle. Look into P90X with Tony Horton for your next challenge with building muscle.
Suggest to keep tracking body fat and lean weight. Hopefully you will be as pleased as myself that I didn't loose substantial muscle mass. I lost 60 lbs total, and only about 6 lbs of that was lean mass according to the calculations using the Tanita. I do not feel weaker and in fact, look more bulky. If you have trouble putting on muscle mass, your natural testosterone levels may be low-normal. If so, the HCG will boost your test. production, and will help you retain and build mass.
Funny that you mention the low testosterone issue. I have actually had lab tests done that confirm that I am slightly low in testosterone but high in Human Growth Hormone. Probably the body trying to adjust the imbalance.
Thanks for the comment and great job on the 60lbs!
