The Goverment of Canada is way of the mark and should pull its signature from THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS. if THE GOVERMENT OF CANADA canNot comply with the intentions of this Bill, Then it is acting with a unilateral mistake of a contract or fraud.

it was well done, but you didnt touch on underlying causes and lacked a lot of evidence for this..you said its due to financial insecurity..which really ties into education. education is the key, you should've touched on that
