Why is that all of these supposed "film critics" give this movie a bad review yet every single fan review i've found loved it? Could it be because film critics are just failed writers and actors? Probably. Everyone loved this movie and it made back double what it cost to make the film. I'm pretty sure the throngs of fans that flocked the theaters and Youtube videos totally moot your statement. In both the theatrical release of the sequel and the re-release of the original in theaters back on 3/11 i saw NO "teenie boppers" anywhere. Just adults with taste.
