Ok This is all Tony... the defender absorbs the blow. There's no way he helped him get any lift. Tony's knee went into the defenders chest, so unless somehow that guys chest was able to push up his knee (which is impossible) it's all Tony (and it is).
Tony is wicked athletic!!..He is slightly above average in his overall game...But he definitly is one of the better leapers in the college game today...Hope he plays this year!!but he may redshirt...

if u see in slow motion unententionally pulls him up , once tony is in mid air his body makes contact with the defender, once he made contact u see with his knee he propells himself a few inches higher and therefore his head goes above the rim, so maybe by himself he wouldnt get as high but this was a lucky situation where he got some extra few inches to get himself higher
