What a clever name, Epicurious! Thank you for this video. I hadn't made rolled cookies in many years and was having problems with the rolling of the dough. Two things in this video have steered me in the right direction. Flouring the parchment paper, and putting rolled dough back in fridge before using cookie cutter. I appreciate your help. Thank you.

this girl has rolling skill. I would not have made it in this world with out paying witness to such rolling pin greatness. NEVER BEFORE have my eyes been so tantilized in comparison to this feat of baking/rolling pin related greatness. I don't know what you guys are talking about "this shouldn't be on youtube" or "oh really I never knew that." This is a great informational video about a person with rolling pin skills.

This is true...you can just bake them from small balls......unless you or your children want to be creative and use cookie cutters (does require a good deal of time). Regardless a nice video on how to roll cookie dough.
