Quitting doesn't automatically make someone a loser. There are both good and bad reasons to quit. If she quit "because she's lazy and didn't want to wake up early" (as Narwal88 says), then perhaps she deserves this derision. On the other hand, if she quit because she had ethical problems with all the finger-pointing that Trump encourages (e.g., "Who do YOU think I should fire?") or simply decided that the money wasn't worth attaching herself to Trump's ass, then I respect her for quitting.
