I look at them as advisors but I will make the call as long as someone above me approves with this (after I explain on how this will work and cause and effect of a power point presentation).
@DarkPrinceNH5570 They explain to me on what they want to do and I will be looking at chars/graphs of improvements (many fields of LIFE, like MORAL or MONEY or whatever thats of importance). I will look at it and make the call on what to do after ALL OF THEM (Table of 9) and fed me their bitches and complaints and what they want me to do. I will do it but Im doing this for BETTER GOOD if they dont like my decision. They should already be doing that lol. Its nothing...
@DarkPrinceNH5570 If something looked low on the charts or whatever of some business, lets say... I dont know, something didnt look right and it wasnt where it was suppose to be on the monthly progress chart. I would actually travle (fly) there and check it out for myself. Just look around is all and take in as much as I can to go off of something. Then meet up againt next month or whenever and come to whatever conclusion to improve that with the one below me in that "BRANCH". Not hard...
@DarkPrinceNH5570 if its sluggish worker performance, I wont take it in. I will let their SUPERIORS check that out unless its really that bad. Im just there to see something else lol. If its that bad I will take note. If its really that messed up whatever.
People think I never been in the military. They have a hard time believing that I was even in the infantry haha. So they do a HISTORY CHECK or whatever you call it. And its CONFIRMED that I was in military and MEB out (honorable discharge). Yes... I was in military and I have met people of HIGH RANKING in civilian world and didnt even know who they are. If I would of known I would of talked to them about stuff in person even though I shouldnt with this in me.
Imagine you working at some store or entertainment place or coffe business. And then you see me walk in dressed up as casual clothes (normal clothes). Or even into a military base in uniform to see whats the DOWN FALL (deficiency) in it to see for myself and see what I can make of it (after looking at charts/graphs and stats). Not hard to do aka MICROMANAGEMENT. I wouldnt have the POWER to fire (depends) people in a business or whatever but just there to see improvements. Pretty easy...
Oh ya... now I know what I was going to say. If I had all this money in the world. Am I still going to work? Yes I am... I will be monitoring PERFORMANCE and PROGRESS or thats what I wanted to do.
