I think everyone (ok maybe mostly the fangirls) was like that the first time we saw this. One who's completed the Dark brotherhood quests in Oblivion just can't hold back the happiness of seeing Lucien again, after what happened to him in Oblivion (wich all made us very sad)

Lucien was my favorite character in Oblivion. But now, I just want him to go away. He's so annoying with his random and uncontrollable talking. He even talks out loud while you are trying to have a conversation with other people, making it difficult to hear properly.

@DracheN0504 What about the count of Skingrad?  And Mai'q? Also Sheogorath? Though he's actually your character from Oblivion, he looks like the original. What he says hints that he's actually your old character. The rest of the Daedric princes are there too. You can speak to Mehrunes Dagon too if you do the quest.

Yes I've seen some characters who appear in Oblivion (Sheogorath example XDDD even a draedra and that something changed) anyway if there are vampires in Skyrim and girls in the dark brotherhood is a vampire who does not say it out and also lucien that is present in the shadows (after all controls lucien cydroil not have much contact with Skyrim)

yeah, seems a interesting quest line with the eye of magnus, now i should go get the staff of magnus, hope i can keep it sinse they told me its powerful (however my most powerful staff now is from a dragon priest i met by accident wile fighting a dragon (i was so lucky to have a companion + a random strange and a summon to help me out!) strong flame staff, big fireball that does a big explosion, killed a lot of dragons with that one already XD

It's somewhere in the middle of the dark brotherhood quest line. Wish I could tell you more but I was paying too much attention on the story and didn't even realize I had him till I finished the whole quest chain! D:
