Oh dear... did anyone involved in this performance ever watch a real kapahaka group perform this waiata? I vacillated between laughing uproariously and cringing in shame as all the jokes I ever heard a Maori make about how wet Pakeha are were confirmed...
But on the other hand, it was kind of nice to know that some people outside NZ know this song. :)
