1:20 is my greatest fear living here in Dubai, especially with kids in the car. All you can do is drive predictably and keep an eye on that rear view mirror. I don't blame all the bad driving on Arabs either...trust me!!! Lotta dumb stuff going on out there.

Indians are the worse, they have no idea about lane discipline, spacial awareness, car control or stopping distances. Ive seen so many accidents all around the UAE and most of them are caused by indians or pakistanis. Same applies to taxis.. dont get me started on that lot. Should be given compulsary advanced driving lessons before given a licence.

A bit of both. In Dubai, they don't use gravel on the road surfaces, so they are completely smooth. Makes traction almost impossible to get again once you're out of control.
