This video was made over 10 years again before the cheap HD revolution...hence the dated technology. It's left up more for entertainment now than anything. And yes it is in the southeast (KY).
Scuba gear really?? I thought the video said the latest in technology.. I have not seen a hand held camera that big since the 70's You know we do have 10-12 megapixle cameras mounted right to the top of superlites right with HD cameras..
