@lordofbaraddur The name of the piece is "Music Box". It is not on the Psychopathia soundtrack, but is on a previous album called "Ghosts". The trailer was released before the film was scored. This film is not one of my favorites, but the soundtrack is incredible. These CDs and others are available ecrater.
