hy at 3:9 you compile it but when i enter the same code it just run's through... so i need to put cin.get(); ... howcome you don't need to do that?

@kcinkcinkcinnick It is because of the IDE he is using. He is using CodeBlocks, it automatically stops it from running through and prompts to hit enter before exiting out. Try out CodeBlocks I think it is a nice program. And free..

@TheRush905 Im actually in a computer programing class and the book they give us is A Guide To Programing In C++ by Lawrenceville Press. i personally dont like it xD. but if your looking for a book you could check it out its got everything you would ever need.

@TheRush905 im still learning it a little. i keep using google and youtube. this whole series was great. I really am doing this to become a game developer but everyone says that nowadays. im going to be serious also, if you really want to learn it you have to go to your library and get some books and take some classes. but if its more of a hobby then just watch these vids. Buckys awesome! XD hope i helped

java is very cross platform while c# is only for windows and plus the syntax is real similar.
