why was the guy from bass touch bodyguard's controls, there was a lot of physical contact in this clash.

The reason Squingy was messing with the controls on Bodyguards console is possibly that Bass Odysseys console was connected into Bodyguards console.(Bodyguard's being the master console) Sometimes a console is connected to the other; meaning the output from Bass Odysseys console is inputted into a channel in Bodyguards console and they have to switch or adjust levels on master console (this isn't the best setup as a selector can lock the other off ) A separate master mixing board should be used.
