The medium size cannon has fired an apple at 750 km/h. i meassured with a chronograph. but i havent tested too much with the big cannon. most of my cannons fire apples\potatoes about 200 meters, doesnt seem to be any significant differense if its the small or big cannon. never tested with other ammo on distance. i think i meassured the small cannon to 600 km/h with a potato. :)
