  • PLS SEND ME THE CHORDS!!

  • this is how dave gruisin would have looked at thumbi vaa.. lol...good job

  • Well played Shyam !.. nice octaves and boogie on the bass notes. Sreerag, I think depending on the version of the song, tamil/mallu, hindi, or the live show in Italy, the bass notes are slightly different. Whats important is that Shyam (?), has conveyed the spirit of Raaja's composition.

  • You've done a great job to play that base notes. But buddy please note that some of the notes you played in the base keys are not that in actual.

The song has got a entirely different bass guitar pattern when compared to the song. Hats of to Rajasir. If you are interested i will give you the actual notes played in bass.

Hats of to you for taking special care to play the chromatic notes in the Anupallavi. (second half)..

  • nice wrk .. must hav gonne through lot of practic .....?

  • Awesome friend!!!.Since my son is learning Piano it would be great if you could share few notes of tamil songs along with this one.BTW i go by your name too.

    Good luck.

  • thank you.. i play by ear, and i dont use notes :)

  • thats very good. some constructive criticism if you'd like - about 2-3 wrong notes (abaswaram) and you missed the beat (thalam) in about 2 places. other wise great!

  • you are my hero.

  • awesome. do you think you can do like a tutorial to play this. i really want to learnnn :) thanks!

  • Beautiful !

  • gud work bro.. keep it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • amazing left hand although you could improve the control a bit more.. Bass notes in alternating octave is a great idea in the end. Superb. Note clarity is phenomenal.

One suggestion though: Next time please take care of Audio recording quality. Its doing no justice to your wonderful potential. Just type "recording piano at home" in Google and you can find umpteen suggestions.

    With Love

    Vicky
