@WitchingDeath666 So you love all JP albums eventhough Rocka Rolla, British Steel, Turbo, Jugulator and Nostradamus for example hardly sound the same?
IMO, Priest went so downhill after the 70s stuff it isn't even funny. I mean sure Killing Machine, British Steel, Vengeance are great but they don't have a scratch on the 70s stuff. Painkiller was an alright album but most of the songs sound the same and even the band has admitted it was just an attempt to cash in on the 90s speed/thrash trend. Don't even get me started on their new stuff. Sorry if I'm ranting but just my thoughts.
@YouCantDeleteDenzelL Even when I was REALLY into Judas Priest I had some problems with their 80's plus albums and nowadays mainly listen to their 70's albums, although Killing Machine isn’t that great for me. It has to many simple songs with kinda cheesy vocal parts like Take On The World and Evening Star. I feel I am attracted to Rocka Rolla the most. I do like Painkiller a lot. It is not their most diverse album, but one of the few Judas Priest albums where I really like all songs.
.......and this is a LIVE album......bow to this shit.........Christ, in a wet dream bands today could cut this perfection on a board with effects. Beyond comprehension for today's fast-food albums.
Seriously......fall to your knees and repent - if you please
All of the Metal bands of this era were trying to figure out how the fuck these guys could put this thing together! None of them could and no one ever will.
The studio version sucks. That's NOT knocking on this song. It is WAY better live!

I like most of their stuff but I must say that this era of their music is my favorite. Rocka Rolla through Stained Class rule.
