hi Im new to baking & Ive just got some little flower cutters to decorate my fairy cakes.Would I be able to use them on this clay or does it set too hard?Also,can you use food colouring in the white chocolate?Thankyou I really like the video x

Hey Karen -

You mention that you prefer to use approximately 11 ounces. Every other recipe I've seen says to use 14 ounces. Can you tell me the reason for your preference? I'm getting ready to try this for the first time and am not sure how to go. Thanks so much. I am learning so much from your videos!
