This was when music ACTUALLY was music. This ladies and gentlemen, is the music could be called emotional music. The music from the late 80's and early 90's that was written and performed by legends such as David Foster, Kenny G, Michael Bolton, Jay Graydon, Toto, Warren Wiebe, Dave Grusin and others.
You may and can call it butter music at a high level, or the slickest thing you've ever heard, but this is a testament to how good music really is, unlike the crap you hear today.

@mrjazzguy92 Are you kidding me..Justin Beeber, Lady Gaga, nicki minaj, lil wayne eminem etc etc are all better artists and make better music than those you mentioned.................wink wink
I heard it everyday. Such a great song and composition. I used to love to this song, when I had a special relationship with someone, but then he went away... without knowing why...
This song takes me back to my college days. Junior year, I had this David Foster tape and loved every song on it. David Foster is such a musical genius!! I have loved all of his music since 1986! Thanks so much for posting this. Still gives me goosebumps.
fosters sense of melody is amazing! one of my favourite writers/producers/performers.his work with al jarreau, the tubes, lee ritenour, boz scaggs, chicago and EW&F is incredible! what a talent and nice guy too very charitable the david foster foundation helps parents with kids who are very ill he is a great guy!
i have this album it,s great this is co written by foster and lamont dozier! dean parks plays sitar and paul jackson jr plays guitar.,a gorgeous tune with fosters magic touch. is,nt jeff pescetto also singing?
it was 19 years ago when i was 16 - listen to this amazing song on my tape, recorded on radio, was at beach on the river ardeche in south-france -summer- and was totaly in love with a girl..... thanks david for this memories!! i'll never forget!
