It's fucking bizarre -- Ant's whole opening defense of Laura is essentially that she has the right to use her freedom of speech and other people don't have the right to use their freedom of speech to reply? Go back and listen -- Ant is against people "persecuted", "called things", "being accused of this and that", "talking about [her]", and Laura "catching shit from special interest groups". I love O&A and Jimmy but I always question how people use comedy as a defense for anything to be allowed to be said. In any walk of life you can’t say or do most of the stuff that is done but if it’s for comedic purposes, it seems like then it’s justifiable.

I’m getting tired of people using 1st amendment as a defense. It was created to allow people to have a voice against oppression and what not. Not so comics and others can just say whatever they want so they can make $ for entertainment.
