I was browsing blogs and came across someone mentioning buying houses from banks. Looked up my area and saw a house for 95k. So let's use that for example.

1. from start to finish, how much would i need to get the keys in my hand.

2. what could that next month TOTALLY costs [ i rent now and don't pay anything for upkeep and stuff, I know all these fees exist, and as a homeowner you pay them all]

1. purchase total is, i don't know real estate

2. first month total costs

3. 2nd month total costs - i assume it would go on the same from there
