John Melendez, (he doesn't even deserve to be thought of as Stuttering John, anymore,) got fucking PLAYED by Jay Leno.

Leno was desperate for ratings, and thought he could get the Stern audience to start watching him, by signing John on. He sang John a lovely song of, "You're so talented! Howard doesn't appreciate you... Come to my show, you superstar!"

John bought it h-h-h-hook line and sinker, and when Jay's plan bombed out, he dumped John like a bucket of turd.
