@kellbros2 - Ethan, Alex plays in NJ for St. Joe's Regional High School, the Jersey Bulldogs and in New York for the Monroe Mustangs. He is 15 now so if you look at his latest videos you will see the change in him both from a size, strength and speed standpoint. I cannot stress enough how important speed becomes when you move to the big field. Alex just did a 7.26 on the 60 yard dash which is good for a corner infielder power hitter but I want him to get down to 7 or 7.1.

@kellbros2 - great job,. Saw your videos. I can tell though that you better start working out because when you are on the big field, you will need speed on the bases. Once you get on the big field many have no fences so if you hit in the gap you need to leg out hits. Also our team continuously throw kids out at first on one hoppers and hard grounders through the infield to center or right field. If you can';t do at least 7.5 second on the 60 yard dash, you better be a catcher.
