He's so right about the Daleks... How many times have they been "completely and utterly destroyed" since 2005?! Rose took them out a couple times, the Doctor got them a few times with Martha, Donna and the other Doctor got them... and yet new Doctor, new series, his third episode, there they are again, bigger, colorful, and so not exterminated!
