I have to say something important.People , do not worry to much.Just jump.If you have to do, just do it.I have been in pain for 20 years so qit is true that it was hard time 1 month after surgery ,but IT WAS ALMOST THE SAME PAIN. I have had bigger pain before the surgery sometimes.AND i have to tell you what was in my biiger pain killer-HOT bath tube!!Not cold-HOT.It was great.I do not know why they didn't gave me more strong pain killers like morfine

I'm a 41 y.o. male who is 10 days into recovery and having also had neuro surgery to remove a brain tumour many years ago can vouch that this is the most painful recovery ever. When I had my first dump the next day I was screaming in agony. The pain killers helped but for about 7 days I was in a bad place. I sincerely hope it's worth it in the long-run....

@gbwcrockett84 my advise 2 you is be ready for 72hrs of complete hell after your surgery. and dont expect to feel better for a month, you'll feel better for a day or two after a week but then yourpain will come back, its like if the hemmorrhoid knows your happy
