There is no such thing as perpetual motion. Any motion is the cause of un-equilibrium of forces. Even the universe is moving towards equilibrium. The expanding universe due to the residual force of the big bang will come to a stop and the next phasewill be attraction towards each other due to its own mass gravity. Firstly, motion is NOT the cause of un-equilibrium of forces. Acceleration and Deceleration is the RESULT of un-equilibrium of forces, hence Newton's 2nd Law, Force = Mass x Acceleration.

Secondly, current evidence suggests the universe is expanding at an ever-increasing rate. I suggest you read up on 'Dark Energy'.

Finally, it is entirely possible that there have been a number of big bangs, but where do you look for the evidence?

I have a 10 pound sledge hammer hanging under a iron beam in a safe area should it fall. Its been going on 10 years now with a powerfull magnet between both beam and hammer.

EXPLANATION NUMBER TWO: The whole thing is just a disguised induction motor, no optics or stator contacts needed. There are larger magnets inside the spinning disk and electromagnet coils under the table and a motor controller circuit.
