There's a big difference between real sufism and fake sufi claimers of today. Many of them are ignorant and don't know that real sufism is based on knowledge and implementation and strict following to the way of the Prophet and the Sahabah. True sufism disowns "al-Hulul" the false claim that Allah is everywhere or in everything !! Allah exists without a beginning and without a place. He is not limited to place or space. Prophet Muhammad is a human being, but the best of them.

The foundation of Islam is based upon five matters:

1. Professing and believing no one is God except Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; (that includes the belief in all the previous Prophets like Jesus, Moses, and Abraham..)

2. Prayer; Praying to Allah 5 times a day. Prayers include words of praise and thankfulness to God the creator, giver, forgiver and merciful.

3. Zakah; Paying (for the able) once a year a small portion of charity to the poor and the needy people.

4. Fasting; Fasting the month of Ramadan, Obeying Allah in this deed and feeling with the poor and needy by abstaining from food or drink from dawn to dusk.

5. Hajj; Going to Mecca (for the able) to perform the Hajj (pilgrimage) praying to Allah, commemorating Prophet Abraham's deeds, praising and thanking Allah for the countless endowments he sent.

Once you understand what the word "Islam" means, you'll realize that it's the religion of all Prophets (Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad) and you'll know that Islam is the only true religion that God sent to humanity, and the rest of the religions were perverted and changed!

Christianity and Judaism were changed, the true followers of Moses and Jesus believed in them as Prophets and Messengers of God, and that God is one he has no partners and does not need any of his creations..
