Interesting stuff. I did some investigation in single-player and wrote about it at my site, giving the vid a mention (see 'Using the rally point bravo Phantom'). Shame you can't get the earlier section of the level loaded for exploration in single-player, but you can get the dam area loaded and have fun with it.
