BTW the second beat you do is not a basic beat, youve improvised it a bit.

how it should be is Dha Na Dha Dha Na (Ke Na) Dha Na. the beats within brackets are to be played within 1 grid notation from the 8 slots that this beat is. (ke is just bass side)

There is no order of challs, its just the matter of what you learn first. i learned what i call Chall # 2 second so thats y i call it chall # 2 the real name of chall is called lambi chall. not chall 1 2, 3 or 4 or w.e its just to help people know there are different challs.

hey bud. ive been playing the drums for about 10yrs now and picked up on some of the dhol rythms through the drums. the first rhythm you played slowly is diff then when you played it faster. when u played it slow your right hand was playing quarters\ notes; at speed u played a dotted quarter followed by an eighth.
