A lot of people knew that Naruto was indeed Minato's son...Jiraya, Tsuanade, and yes the third Hokage Sarutobi knew as well...there were several hints especially in his dieing moments he pictured Naruto....I guess the reason Sarutobi never told anyone was to protect Naruto from his father's enemies....or something like that.....
