My English Cocker the same thing with her tail but she waggs it all the time non stop. SHe waggs it all the time. When I talk to her she waggs her tail, on walk when she sees a little kid she wags her tail so fast her whole body shakes. Well she loves children. Jack is so cute!!!!!!!!!
