She was Born Alicia Cooley First Anchored in Richmond Virginia then Charlotte WBTV in the early 90's. Big Wedding covered and lead up by the station Really big deal. Then moved to KABC where she had a major appearance makeover and was known as Alicia Lee in the mornings and noon. Went to WCBS by late 90's and was first Lisa Hill and eventually back to LISA COOLEY. She now runs a public relations company.
Again... ABC programming was never "off the air." It was off of CABLE. With antennas, viewers could get ABC programming, even if that station had been yanked from the cable lineup. And you're wrong, the stations were completely off of Time Warner systems, not just the national network programs. Non-Disney-owned stations, meanwhile, were completely unaffected.
A contract disagreement had forced ABC to shut off it's network feed to the local stations. Instead, ABC put up that video banner. So whenever A local ABC station (WABC, KABC, WLS, etc.) would switch to the National feed after all of the local programing was done airing, the banner would show up instead of the ABC Network shows. See?
lisa cooley was at wbtv charlotte in the early 90s while there married a station sales rep named hill ...she went to la in 1994 . she is a descendent of sally hemmings ( thomas jefferson ) from richmond va

The Disney-owned stations were NEVER "off the air." You'd think people working in television would know that!

Her name was Lisa Cooley before she got married if I remember; not sure if she's in the TV biz currently.
