Did you try talking with Clair and director again? Go to the box and than talk to Clair and take everything you can from it... There's walkthrough - google it...

Yes! i gave the water and i opened the secret stash of the chest whith the code! Now im lost the character doesnt talk to anyone! If you didint opened the secret compartment its the pistol on the chest

It has a similiar of a stick of iron and you take it off!

Talk to those old fashioned Woman and Man....(click on that old fashioned man)....you'll sign them book (but don't be close to them....they'll see your identity....) And they'll give you mask or something...
