I don't think that it is that important how the Sun operates, but what is so much more important is the realisation that the sun is a living consciousness, emanating life into our solar system. When you feel the heat from the Sun on our skin, the Sun is touching you.

The answer to your question from NASA: Just as in a hydrogen bomb, hydrogen atoms are fusing together to make helium atoms and this nuclear reaction produces heat (along with the light that we see). If the reactions go on too fast, the Sun expands slightly. This slows down the reactions and then the Sun cools and contracts. If it contracts too much, the nuclear reactions speed up, and then the Sun heats up and expands again. So the Sun stays at the same temperature.

I really love the ideas here: What stands out for me is that the Sun can have a physics-related explanation, but that doesn't at all discount the expressed ideas. Science is an attempt to define (confine?) life within the parameters of our limited sensory modalities and intellect (thus, scientific "truth" changes regularly). But, our Sun can still be the Source manifestation described here...there's no conflict, IMO...only greater understanding and appreciation for the wonder of it all :-)

One last thought....during a meditation I've noticed that when I'm concentrating my energy I can feel corona discharges of heat/love energy. Its amazing how source/God could move through you...its YOU...YOU are the divine IT. You and god are one in the same :)

Its not gasoline but gas. Its nuclear fusion of hydrogen going to helium and from this fusion it produces heat. So technically its also not "on fire" but burning at high temperature. It doesn't explode due to an equilibrium of gravity and the explosion think of it like the immovable object getting struck by the an unstoppable force. Nothing moves. :)

@m22frogger However this explanation doesn't discount the spirituality behind it. "We're like the sun". Yes actually. You see before our sun was born there was an ancient star that exploded into a a nebulus gas which would become our solar system. Our sun was formed from the elements of this star, and so was our planets, and all of our elements...you and me are all stars literally :) We are "light beings" in that sense as well as our spirit. :)

Scientist really don't know anything about the Sun. I know what you are asking and I know the Scientist Theory response. It has to do with Gravity and Nuclear fusion. There are a lot of holes in there theories, holes like sun spots.

What I want to know is what is the BEST way to raise the vibration or connect with source energy. Say I need a lot of energy to do something like healing. How do I get it?

scientist can tell what comes from the sun using a specturm graph. if there is a gap in the specturm then they can go back and see what frequency is missing and then they match it with what element has the same frequency.

Each Element has a particular wavelength detectable via spectrum frequencies. So yes, it is made of gases. On that note, I agree with the energy field, but everything exists in multiple dimensions, so what may see like gasses or something solid at a certain frequency, is actually pure energy on a much higher frequency.

We know what the sun is made of my a looking at the spectrum of the light given off. It is a gas chromagraphy process. Elements give off a light spectrum when heated. The sun is not exploding in the sense you use the term. It is undergoing a constant nuke fusion that gives off energy. The sun remains stable due to gravitation of it's mass. The source of the energy is the nuke reactions and will end when the materials are used up.

I have often thought our souls eventually become stars if we grow properly and get the right nourishment. Neal Adams has a great way of animating how planets actually grow. Search: 'Conspiracy of Science - Earth is in fact growing'. I bet planets may or may not become stars as they grow out into space. Check out the physicist, Dan Winter. He thinks that stars are Angelic Beings. See his 'Stars and Stones' videos. Supposedly you can communicate with beings from our Sun after sufficient sungazing.

Near the end you talk about sustainment. An analogy to this might be the body's metabolic processes. That is, the body metabolizes nutrients from food and water, etc. but when the nutrients/carbs/etc. run out the body begins to metabolize stored fats. When fat reserves become low, the body begins to metabolize muscle and other tissue. it seeks out the next best resource for sustainment. In the same way, we may rely on food as the next best resource when closed off from "source energy".

I would say that to open up to "source energy" would really be to transcend the finite and physical, even if only temporarily. The cold does not seem so cold when you know you can go inside at any time, though it can become torture if you feel there is no warmth to be found. In this way, forgetting "source energy" is to isolate yourself in the finite. If we could all remember that energy, just imagine what we could do together. Much of what we do now with our energy would seem pointless.

The sun is primarily made up of hydrogen and helium. When a hydrogen collides with another hydrogen atom helium is produced and mass is lost and converted into energy by E = mc^2. This is called fusion scientifically. Because of this very high mass it will take billions of years to burn out. It will continue to lose mass until the outward force becomes greater than the gravitation force of itself at which case it will expand to thousands of times bigger than what it is.

Then eventually it will collapse on itself and explode (called a supernova).

The way they know it is primarily hydrogen and helium is because every element produces a specific spectrum when looked through a spectrometer. This is also how scientists know that the universe is expanding. Most stars show a red shift in their spectrum which indicates that they are moving away from us. This is due to the Doppler effect.

you can find out why and how the sun burns by taking a basic astronomy course or reading about it on wikipedia. its just plain and simple science, there's no mystery, and it has nothing to do with consciousness.

I'd like to know how they know about the sun. Is it just speculation? I mean you can't really examine the sun can you? I'm not trying to be a wise ass. I just don't know. I read things that are said about the sun but how did they get this info. I'm not saying it's not true.. just how was it obtained?

This a great video and message! This message really makes me think. They all do! Somewhat on topic, I have a friend who does Sungazing, I don't know if you're familiar with that. He gazes directly at the sun for a few minutes every day at sunrise and sunset... (potentially dangerous to the eyesight of course). He says he gets almost all his energy directly from the sun, and rarely consumes food!
