A couple of years. Most of us could do flips before we started going but they teach us how to do it properly.

hey i wondering if its possible and if it is what times can you come into the gym for free time and just play around?

We take a "tumbling class" where they pretty much just let us do what we want if we do a bit of conditioning aswell. It costs $20 a session on a thursday night 6 - 8pm. It doesn't start back up until school starts up though.
