  • I live in Denver and was lucky to have witnessed this event from my front porch as I was leaving for work. This was not a meteor or meteor shower. It was not a alien spacecraft. The Russians & CNES (the French space agency) DID NOT deny this. It was part of a Russian SL-4 rocket stage. The rocket was launched a few days earlier and was carrying a French satellite.

  • omg, everything is bigger in the US

  • i live in denver and i didnt see that

    man i missed it :(

  • AWESOME!

  • i'll never seen so many meteor

acetly....i never seen one with my own eyes

  • I saw this thing myself and I don't think I've ever watched a meteor move that slowly also it went almost due north to south meaning it probably came out of a polar orbit.

  • Probably a meteor shower.

  • Intercepters were a little late?

  • Very interesting and I do understand that NORAD identified this event as a Russian rocket burning up on re-entry or "space junk" but who can explain the bright object that flys from left to right on this video about the :46 mark.

  • i keep watching this thing. I wish there was a permanant and interesting ring of debris around the planet. yes, every nite.

  • If u watch, some go in wierd directions, as they leave sight. You know how Jesus said, we would see him coming with his holy angels in the clouds, well.... maybe Jesus likes youtube

  • WEIRD

  • it cant be a rocket because the speed, a rocket would explode. Besides the colors of those things are not from any human invention. Those where Metiors

  • Damn French, what do they need telescopes for? :P jk

  • Brilliant!!

  • It was the remains of a Russian SL-4 booster rocket that had launched a French space telescope.
