4 seizures in 1 day :-S That really really sucks. I have a mild form of epilepsy and I know what a seizure "feels" like. And it's absolutely not pleasant, especially after it happens. The confusion and all.

I have a question though... Do you think pot could lead to a seizure? Cuz even if it relaxes you, it still gives you that confusing feeling...

Hey there! For as long as I've had epilepsy (grand mal seizures), I have never had any marijuana induced seizures.

It is more likely that alcohol will cause seizures rather than pot. We all know that there is low grade weed out there and that's the kind of stuff that gives you a very shitty, confused high. I can't speak for Canada, but I know pot is legal to grow there You must have a cultivating license of course.

Ok. Another question... Does smoking pot prevent seizures while you're high or does it actually "relax you permanently"? Does this question sound stupid? lol

Well, I'm not a scientist, so I couldn't answer that. I imagine though that you would smoke it in moderation, and not for the purpose of achieving a big, stoned high. FOR EXAMPLE: Maybe you'd smoke it every 6 hours or so. And maybe only 2 - 4 hits.

I am just guessing on this.

I support you. It´s so sad that you and so many others that suffers should be denied to smoke a plant(!) that makes you feel better. I´m a pot smoker myself, but I use it in constructive ways and not very often.

By the way, Have you checked out Barry Cooper yet? He was one of the best Texas narks, and suddenly changed his opinion on pot. He really makes sense on the issue, and reaches out to alot of people.

I'm with you and what thefakeyeti said. This is none of the government's business, IMO. I don't know if you're familiar with this name, Gabrial Nahas, but he led the parade in campaigning against the use of marijuana for medical purposes. I don't remember a lot about him, but he probably caused a lot of damage to this cause. I watched my Mom live in agony from cancer before she died in 2000, and I thought about this. She thought Nahas was on target, and suffered for it in the end.

It is one thing to promote healthy lifestyles..

Another to ENFORCE it with LEGISLATION and jail sentences..

The government can legalize marijuana (and possibliy other drugs) but at the same time promote a "healthy lifestyle..

Ie. Please don't do this, but if you do, we will not punish you..

This is the same way it is with cigarettes and alcohol (if you fit the age requirement that is)

What I am saying here is..

You had sated that the guy (the one this video is responding to) believes the government's role should be promoting health..

What I am saying, Is marijuana (and perhaps other drugs) could be PERFECTLY legal. And the government could still advocate against their use..

 Like they do with cigarettes, alcohol, eating to much junk food.

Drug prohibition (especially against pot) has put to much people in prison.. the government needs to STOP enforcing "morals".

It is sad that the PUNISHMENT of weed sometimes outweigh that of the RISKS of the drug itself.

Nurses get their licenses taking away (for dirty urine)

Students get their financial aid taken away..

parent's could potentionaly get their kids stolen from them..

A cop could obtain a search warrant, when they barge in (not realizing it is a cop) you try to protect yourself, and end up getting shot.

Uh......NO! First of all, I would never make a video while high.

Secondly, my memory gets worse every time I have a seizure. Perhaps that's why you think I sound high.
